How to Pay at Stonedoos?

We use a new type of payment method called 'direct banking', for which we use Huch. This new method is faster, safer, and cheaper.

What is Huch?

Huch is an innovative payment method based on open-banking technology, allowing users to make payments directly from their bank accounts. It provides a secure and convenient way to pay without the need for credit cards or third-party payment platforms.

How does Huch work?

With Huch, the user selects their bank from a list of supported banks. They then give permission to be directed to the online banking environment, where the payment is validated. After confirmation, the user is redirected back to the store's order page.

Advantages of Huch:

• Higher Transaction Limits: Huch offers significantly higher limits than traditional credit card payments, which is especially useful for larger purchases.
• Immediate Payment: Transactions are processed immediately, allowing orders to be handled faster and the customer to receive immediate payment confirmation.

Availability:

Huch is available in 29 SEPA countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and many others. It covers more than 2000 banks in these regions.

How to use Huch?

1. Select Huch as the payment method.
2. Enter the required payment details. Most information is automatically filled in by Huch.
3. Confirm the payment and initiate the transfer.
4. Receive an immediate payment confirmation and complete your order.
   
   

Costs:

Using Huch is completely free for users. There are no transaction fees associated with payments via Huch.
