• Earn points with our loyalty system! You'll receive points with every purchase you make. Have you accumulated enough points? Then you can choose a beautiful product entirely for free!
• Save your address details. This way, you'll never have to enter your address again when placing an order.
• View your previous orders. Look back at what you've ordered in the past.
• Add products to your wishlist. Are there products you'd like to order later? Add them to your wishlist and purchase them whenever you're ready.

Yes, we have a minimum order amount of €15.

We ship all our packages 100% discreetly, meaning that from the outside, it is NOT immediately visible where the package comes from!

• We only ship in neutral boxes with neutral tape.
• As the sender's name, we use our Chamber of Commerce registered name 'BOFR-Ecommerce'.

Orders placed before 17:00 will be sent the next business day! We use PostNL, they pick up our packages every working day and promise to deliver them to your home the next 2 to 5 workdays. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that during busy periods, PostNL may not always be able to keep their promise to us and may have a delay of 1-2 business days.

If you wish to return a product, you can do so. You have the right to notify a return within 14 days of ordering. To notify a return, please email [email protected]. After notifying your return, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount plus the shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product are your responsibility.

The online store is always open, but the warehouse is closed on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
