The love herb Damiana is a mystery herb with libido-increasing and psychoactive effects. It has been popular in Mexico for centuries for its medicinal power in numerous ailments. In the West, Damiana is best known as an aphrodisiac and for its slightly cannabis-like effects.
The Mayan Indians used Damiana as a potency enhancer. With occasional use, it stimulates the genital areas, with long-term use it stimulates sexual fitness and stamina. Its healing and libido stimulating effects have now also been scientifically proven.
The psychoactive effect is similar to using a light marijuana strain. It relaxes and has a euphoric effect. The extract is 10x stronger than the dried herb. The 'high' of Damiana lasts for about an hour.
Add 1 gram to a teacup of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Add some honey if necessary and drink it. About half an hour to an hour before the desired effect, preferably on an empty stomach.
